Why UKG:
At UKG, the work you do matters. The code you ship, the decisions you make, and the care you show a customer all add up to real impact. Today, tens of millions of workers start and end their days with our workforce operating platform. Helping people get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries. That's what we do.
We never stop learning. We never stop challenging the norm. We push for better, and we celebrate the wins along the way. Here, you'll get flexibility that's real, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together. Because at UKG, your work matters-and so do you.
About the Role
In this role, you will drive strategy, execution, and hands-on innovation within our Workforce Management Scheduling portfolio, with a particular focus on advancing Healthcare scheduling capabilities through AI. This is not a role for someone who coordinates from a distance. It''s a role for someone who operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and design. Moving from customer insight to working AI prototype to shipped feature without losing momentum at every handoff.
AI is not a stretch goal in this role. It is the product strategy. We are building scheduling intelligence that didn''t exist before. We need a PM who approaches that challenge with a builder''s mindset: part strategist, part architect, part maker.
As a product leader, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning complex product areas end-to-end while influencing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-To-Market. You will lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear product direction and measurable outcomes; including AI-specific outcomes like model output quality, user trust, and real-world scheduling accuracy.
