Lead Process Technician – Injection Molding

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Technician to oversee injection molding operations, optimize processes, troubleshoot equipment, and support a safe, efficient, and quality-focused production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding operations and ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
• Set up, align, and secure molds in injection molding machines.
• Monitor and optimize processing parameters and troubleshoot issues.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Train and mentor technicians on equipment, processes, and safety.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of injection molding processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of molding equipment, controls, and processing techniques.
• Experience with RJG Decoupled Molding preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or automation is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
