- Serve as the primary technical authority for high-scale, cloud-native enterprise solutions.
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular, and AWS.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, secure coding practices, and architectural governance.
- Mentor and guide multiple engineering teams to drive technical excellence.
- Drive AWS cloud-native strategies, including Infrastructure as Code and API management.
- Build reusable frameworks, SDKs, and shared platform capabilities to streamline development.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and system observability standards.
- Oversee scalable data modeling, SQL optimization, and Kafka administration for high-throughput messaging.
- Collaborate with product leaders and executives to align business vision with technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and delivery plans with risk mitigation.
- Ensure operational excellence in deployment, monitoring, and support of enterprise-grade applications.
- Promote domain-driven design and resilience engineering (e.g., circuit breakers, fault tolerance).
- Lead adoption of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and modern monitoring tools.
- Act as a technical mentor, influencing cross-team decisions and fostering senior engineering talent.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in platform architecture and development practices.
