    Title: Lead/Principal .NET Azure Engineer
    Location: Wilmington DE Onsite



    Must-Have Skills
    • 8+ years of .NET application development
    • C# / .NET Core
    • Azure Application Architecture
    • ETL Frameworks & Data Architecture
    • Experience refactoring and modernizing legacy applications
    • Strong system design and application architecture
    • SDLC, debugging, testing, and production support
    • Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
    Preferred
    • Banking or Financial Services experience
    • Azure cloud-native development
    • Large enterprise application experience
    Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze existing applications and refactor code for scalability and maintainability
    • Design and develop enterprise applications using Azure and .NET Core
    • Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions
    • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership
    • Work closely with business and technology teams
    • Review code, troubleshoot complex production issues, and improve application performance
