What You'll Do
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Plan and lead creative, hands-on educational activities.
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Maintain an organized classroom and positive daily routines.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and coworkers.
- Collaborate with our team to provide high-quality preschool and VPK education.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
- Qualifications to teach VPK in accordance with Florida requirements (preferred).
- CDA/equivalent credential preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-age children.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creativity, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
