    Description

    A Lead Power Electronics Engineer is responsible for leading the development and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs for CCS/MCS EV charging systems. The role owns product requirements, design and development, validation, supplier coordination, customer collaboration, commissioning, and field technical support. It also leads cross-functional activities involving hardware, software, validation, product safety, compliance, purchasing, and commercial teams while driving DFMEA/PFMEA, competitive analysis, and issue resolution.

    • Strong experience in Power Electronics
    • Experience with CCS / MCS EV Chargers
    • Knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS)
    • Experience with New Product Development (NPD), NPI, or NTI
    • Product design, development, and validation experience
    • Requirements development and management
    • Validation planning and execution
    • Experience with DFMEA and PFMEA
    • Supplier selection, coordination, and technical collaboration
    • Customer and cross-functional team leadership
    • Product commissioning and field troubleshooting
