Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Power Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in power electronics, CCS/MCS chargers, BMS, NPI/NPD, product development, and validation. The ideal candidate will have experience leading charging product development, supplier coordination, requirements, validation, and technical issue resolution.

- Experience developing and managing product requirements
- Knowledge of EV Charging Standards
- Experience with HW/SW Integration
- Knowledge of Safety & Compliance
- Experience with Field Support and Technical Issue Resolution
- Experience with Product Commissioning
- Strong cross-functional and team leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NPI/NTI programs for CCS/MCS chargers
- Lead product design, development, and validation
- Develop and manage product requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Support validation planning and execution
- Lead DFMEA/PFMEA activities
- Support product commissioning and field issues
- Drive technical issue resolution
- Work with Hardware, Software, Validation, Safety, Compliance, Purchasing, and Product Support teams
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Strong relevant Power Electronics engineering experience
