Responsibilities of this position:
This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Environmental Services with the Housekeeping and Laundry team. The location served is in our Independent Living neighborhood, which houses 175 apartments and 49 cottages (each up to 3 bedrooms). This includes community spaces like common areas, 3 restaurant venues, event venue, wellness center, and more. Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate MUST have previous supervisory experience within a large janitorial team. Prior work experience should include hospitality or healthcare settings. Candidate must have strong communication skills and ability to motivate the team. Candidate must be able to provide excellence in service, professionalism, reliability, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Must be able to perform heavy lifting, move entire body, and stand/walk for long distances.
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
