We are seeking a skilled UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) professional to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time
Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation
Configuration
Configure UKG Ready modules including:
Core HR
Time
Attendance
Payroll
Scheduling / Workforce Management
Participate in end to end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Customize workflows, business rules, and accruals.
Support
Maintenance
Provide day to day production support for UKG Ready applications.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets.
Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements.
Integration
Data Management
Handle integrations between UKG Ready and third party systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Workday).
Perform data imports/exports and maintain data integrity.
Develop and maintain reports using UKG reporting tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements.
Provide functional guidance and best practices.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.
Compliance
Optimization
Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
Recommend process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.

UKG (Kronos) certification is a plus
Experience in cloud based HR systems

Education
Bachelora €s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central
Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
Basic scripting or automation knowledge
