Packaging Department Lead
Shift: 3rd, (8:30PM-5:30AM)
Pay: $25/Hr. (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Packaging Department Lead to join a manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid work history, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Description:
- Lead and direct temporary employees in daily packaging operations.
- Ensure production goals for safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity are met.
- Train, coach, and support employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor production activities and address issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control procedures.
- Promote a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide break relief when needed to maintain production flow.
