    Lead or Senior Systems Integrator - PAC-3

    The Boeing PAC-3 program is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead or Senior Systems Integrator to lead Test Equipment Interface development across our Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in Huntsville, AL. As the Test Equipment Systems Integrator, you will work in the Systems Engineering capability while coordinating the supplier owned test equipment development with internally developed test equipment software and IPT owned engineering resources to ensure successful development, delivery, and validation of test equipment into our factory.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the development of supplier-owned test equipment to align with unit under test requirements

    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate internally developed test equipment software

    • Liaise with IPT engineering resources to ensure cohesive development and delivery strategies

    • Ensure test equipment meets program technical standards and quality requirements

    • Track and resolve interface issues between various test equipment and systems

    • Facilitate communication and coordination between suppliers, internal engineering teams, and IPT members

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance on test equipment integration challenges and solutions

    This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

    • Proven experience (5+) years in design and development of test equipment

    • Proven system engineering experience including architecture and interface development and definition and requirement derivation

    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power electronics, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and safety

    • Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary engineering teams

    • Security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required, depending on the nature of the project

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Familiarity with System Link

    • Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) built test equipment

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Lead: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

    Senior: 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

    Relocation:

    This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  


    Summary pay range:

    Lead (Level 4): $136,850 - $185,150

    Senior (Level 5): $164,900 - $223,100
