Job Description Guitar Center Distribution is seeking a team lead to oversee our Receiving Dock team in the receiving department. Compensation: Starting at $21.50 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Performs department operational tasks assigned by Supervisor, such as shipping, receiving, etc. Monitors and assists associates to ensure certain procedures are being followed. Guides daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments. Trains associates on department tasks. Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times. Ensures compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and department Additional duties as assigned
