Pay Rate: $41-$43/hr

Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor, and adjust heavy machinery and industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
* Perform routine maintenance, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues while maintaining accurate records of equipment operations, maintenance, and repairs.
* Follow established safety procedures, collaborate with maintenance and production teams, and communicate equipment conditions and maintenance needs.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience as an Operating Engineer or in a similar role handling heavy equipment in an industrial or construction environment.
* Strong understanding of heavy machinery and industrial equipment operating principles, along with proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to perform physical work in varied environmental conditions while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Post-secondary training, technical education, or apprenticeship in operating engineering or a related field.
