Profile Cisco Voice Infrastructure Engineer

Role Summary Engineer, implement and support Cisco enterprise voice/contact center infrastructure with focus on availability, performance, resiliency and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Design/support CUCM, CUBE/SBC, SIP and voice gateways; troubleshoot call routing, signaling and voice quality; support upgrades/migrations/capacity/resiliency; coordinate carriers/network/security/apps; maintain standards and runbooks. Physical gateway/SBC/cabling work may require local smart hands; engineering can generally remain remote.

Required Skills / Preferred Credentials :

Cisco UC/voice; CUCM; SIP; CUBE; RTP; QoS; dial plans; LAN/WAN; HA/DR. CCNP Collaboration or equivalent preferred.
