Pay Range: $42.00hr - $47.00hr

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. The role requires 8+ years of proven experience in collaboration system administration and engineering. The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent product management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline and budget.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Collaboration tools including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL, Agile, or PMP certification(s).
  • Experience operating in an Infrastructure as Product (IaP) environment.
  • Experience in strategy, customer service, and internal consulting.
  • Proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
