IMMEDATE opening for a Clinic Team Lead to work closely and collaborate with leadership to create and foster a top notch and outstanding environment for patients. The friendly and efficient Lead will provide daily on-site leadership and effective management of clinic operations. Ensure high levels of patient customer service, operational efficiency, physician, provider, and employee satisfaction.
- Supervise clinic operations including budget and staffing.
- Assist with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring.
- Supervise staff performance.
- Ensure all messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed immediately.
- Provide new employee orientation and training where applicable.
- Acts as mentor and subject matter expert for policies and procedures.
- Responsible for medical assistant and receptionist duties as needed.
- Attain prior authorizations and maintain a system to track from start to finish.
- May be needed to supervise and travel to local additional clinics as needed.

- 2+ years of clinic lead or supervisory experience
- Active Certified Medical Assistant license for VA
- Highly preferred: dermatology or Mohs surgery experience
- Active CPR Certification
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Proficiency with EMR and MS Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to contribute to high levels of operational efficiency and effectiveness
