Sirius Day Spa, Salon & Med Spa is seeking an experienced, polished, and sales-driven Lead Front Desk Concierge / Key Holder to join our growing team!
With two beautiful locations in Lakewood Ranch and Waterside Place, Sirius offers an elevated guest experience across luxury spa, salon, and medical aesthetics services.
This is a hands-on front desk position with leadership responsibilities and opportunities for advancement into management. We're looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional hospitality, and takes initiative to drive bookings, memberships, and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and enthusiastically.
- Make proactive outbound calls to follow up with leads, existing guests, and appointment inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and maximize provider schedules.
- Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and rebookings.
