Lead Technician / Master Tech – Delta Tire
$40-$50 Hourly
Pay: Highly competitive + performance bonuses
Experience Required: 7+ years professional automotive experience

What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
- Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
- Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
- Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
- Strong proficiency in engine, electrical, A/C, and alignment systems.
- Especially experienced with suspension and alignments
- Familiarity with dealer-level software and scan tools across multiple manufacturers.
- High motivation, efficiency, and teamwork.
