Sherman's Auto Repairs in Tucker, GA is looking for a skilled Lead Master "A" Automotive Technician to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on complex repair procedures
- Execute engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs with precision
- Utilize diagnostic scan tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM and industry quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay in compliance with shop safety protocols
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent "A" level experience required
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair software
- Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicle systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a high-volume shop environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-quality-focused mindset
