Lead Maintenance TechReports to: Property Manager Location: Edmond, OKUnits: 140Salary: $25.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)Housing Benefit: 100% rent discount for onsite living  Summary:The Summit Apartments has a great opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our 140-unit residential apartment community.
