Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
The Lead Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for the apartment community, ensuring the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supervises the maintenance team, completes repairs, manages apartment make-readies, and delivers excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train maintenance staff.
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
- Complete work orders and oversee apartment turns.
- Coordinate vendors and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure safety compliance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies.
Qualifications
- HVAC Certification required (EPA Certification required).
- 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
