BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in Huntsville, AL (35801). This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to oversee maintenance operations while ensuring high-quality service.
Position Details
Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the onsite maintenance team
Complete and assign work orders efficiently and professionally
Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (if certified)
Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
Appliance repair and replacement
Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
Manage unit turns and ensure timely make-ready completion
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with property management and residents
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
