What you’ll do
- Lead a tight-knit crew across multiple industrial automation projects.
- Enforce safety practices and quality benchmarks without compromise.
- Partner with project managers to align resources, targets, and timelines.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical problems to minimize downtime.
- Train team members in field-proven techniques and best practices.
- Shift priorities smoothly in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
- Travel nationwide as project needs arise.
Must-haves
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Demonstrated leadership with prior crew oversight.
- Base-level understanding of control systems; training provided for the right candidate.
- Growth mindset and strong communication skills.
