Job Description:
- Min 7+ years as full stack developer and solid troubleshooting experience in React front end and spring boot application.
- Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects
- Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers
- Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project
- Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project
- Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs
- Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff
- Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
