Duties:<\/span>

Lead, Train and Empower your team to deliver amazing results. Assist with their duties as required.Working with customer's IT Departments to resolve many different kinds of issues. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Work with customer's IT Departments to resolve a variety of IT issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Work directly with customers to Plan, Estimate, and create projects to install hardware and software, assign qualified technicians and assist in installation.Install hardware and software for clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Excellent communication and customer services are required to interact with end users and internal staff to resolve IT -related issues <\/span>

Communicate and interact as a liaison with end users and internal staff in a upbeat positive way.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum of five (5) years experience with Windows OS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Minimum of five (5) years experience with PC and laptop hardware.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Minimum of five (5) years customer service experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Minimum of five (5) years running cabling / installations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
AS or BS in Computer Sciences or Equivalent Certifications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
