    Introduction

    In this role, you'll bring structure, consistency, and accountability to IT operations. You'll build and manage key programs that keep IT running smoothly — Change Management, Incident Management, and IT Asset Management. Your work ensures clear, reliable processes that keep systems stable and ready for production.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 7 years in IT Operations, IT Service Management, or IT Governance with leadership accountability.
    • Proven success building, enforcing, and governing Change, Incident, and Asset Management programs.
    • Experience leading CAB/ECAB, Ops Reviews, Incident Response, Quarterly Internal Audits (Asset Mgmt).
    • Strong ability to command large-scale incidents, manage responders, and communicate effectively at the executive level.
    • Hands-on experience with Freshservice, PagerDuty, Jira, and Confluence.
    • Deep understanding of ITIL v4, with working knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 19770-1 frameworks.
    • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or ISO/IEC 20000/19770 certification.
    • Experience leading operational maturity or audit readiness initiatives (ISO, TISAX).
    • Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
    • Familiarity with both traditional (Waterfall) and modern DevOps/Agile delivery models.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Build, operationalize, and govern IT Operations programs — Change, Incident, and Asset Management.
    • Lead governance forums and ensure alignment and adherence across IT teams.
    • Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and maturity scorecards to measure performance, risk, and audit readiness.
    • Communicate governance progress and results with clarity — promoting adoption through influence.
    • Identify gaps, implement solutions, and maintain operational discipline across IT.
