Lead Integrations Developer

Proven experience designing and supporting real time and batch integrations, error handling frameworks, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes. You will lead integration design efforts, provide hands on development expertise, coordinate activities across onshore and offshore resources, and help accelerate delivery for a high priority initiative.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Integrations Developer / Integration Lead to serve as the technical leader for a large scale Microsoft Dynamics integration program. This role will take ownership of integration architecture, development execution, and delivery accountability while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a senior level Dynamics integration professional who can quickly assess challenges, establish technical direction, and drive execution across a complex portfolio of integrations. You will lead integration design efforts, provide hands on development expertise, coordinate activities across onshore and offshore resources, and help accelerate delivery for a high priority initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integrations across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem

• Serve as the onshore technical lead and primary point of accountability for the integration workstream

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to an established offshore development team

• Design scalable integration architectures utilizing Azure Integration Services and modern API based frameworks

• Support integrations between Dynamics 365, Shopify, and other enterprise platforms and business applications

• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions

• Monitor integration delivery progress and drive initiatives that improve project timelines and execution

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations within complex business environments

• Extensive hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations andor Customer Engagement

• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, API development, service orchestration, and enterprise application integration

• Proven experience designing and supporting real time and batch integrations, error handling frameworks, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes

• Experience integrating ecommerce platforms such as Shopify with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams while remaining hands on with development and solution delivery

• Experience coordinating and leading offshore development teams within a global delivery model

• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large scale integration programs involving multiple concurrent integrations

• Strong knowledge of integration architecture best practices and enterprise application design patterns

• Experience supporting high volume Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects

• Familiarity with modern cloud architecture and distributed systems

• Previous experience working in fast paced environments requiring delivery acceleration and schedule recovery

• Local presence in the Charlotte market is highly preferred
