About the Position
The Lead Instructor of a Concordia Language Villages CLV Language Training Center (LTC) program is responsible for the development and implementation of a language-specific two- and three-week-long residential iso-immersion program in accordance with client-specified expectations. This includes:
This position is responsible for implementing a program that reflects the mission and immersion methodology of Concordia Language Villages and meets client expectations all within the parameters of the Concordia LTC model. The lead instructor reports to the Director of External Relations and Strategic Initiatives who oversees the LTC program. The lead instructor is responsible for managing the instructional team as a cohesive collaborative team and interfaces with the CLV administrative team as a whole.
