SUMMARY Responsible for installation of sinks, countertops, and shower systems at remote customer locations and for communicating with customers at jobsites in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: - Installs countertops, sinks and shower systems at remote customer locations in accordance with Tower Industries’ procedures and industry standards.
- Provides direction and training to installer helpers and installer apprentices on installation techniques.
- Template at customer locations for installation of countertops, sinks and shower systems using either hard templates or laser templating system.
- Communicates with customers in a professional and courteous manner including notifying customers in advance of expected arrival time at jobsite. Present a professional appearance to customers (personal appearance and clothing)
- Inspects and measures pieces to be installed prior to leaving plant to minimize potential for jobsite returns.
