Lead Infrastructure Architect
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Required
- 15+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience with Infrastructure and Network architecture
- Systems Integration/Systems Architecture experience
- Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management and/or System Modernization
- Experience working in large scale 24x7x365 environments.
- 7+ years of experience directly leading technology projects. Strong preference for experience leading technology modernization efforts and infrastructure refresh.
- 5+ years of experience with data center, technology, and infrastructure operations
- 5+ years of consulting experience leading projects in client facing role; Experience working with client executives (VP/CIO) to define programs, ensure business objectives are met, execute and report against measurable outcomes, and drive deliverables.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ in an onshore/offshore model.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Product Implementation experience
- Experience working with large clients (Fortune 500) and with a consulting/service organization.
- Client facing experience and comfortable talking to C-level executives.
- Waterfall and Agile experience

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
