Lead HVAC Service Technician - Residential

Earth Air Heating & Cooling is a locally owned residential HVAC company serving Oceanside, CA (ZIP 92056). We're mission-driven. What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Handling preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Helping with or handling installs and replacements when needed
• Explaining what you found and the repair options to homeowners in plain language
• Recommending upgrades or replacements only when they make sense (no high-pressure sales)
• Guiding and mentoring newer techs in the field
• Keeping service notes, photos, and work orders accurate
• Keeping your vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and professional

Who We're Looking For:

You own your work from start to finish. You can make sound calls on your own in the field, and you'd rather teach a newer tech than leave them guessing. You treat every homeowner with respect and give them honest answers about their system.

Beyond that:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Clear, friendly communication with homeowners
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Consultative HVAC sales experience is a plus
