Schedules flex based on job completion, with additional overtime, evening, and on-call opportunities.You oversee residential HVAC installations, guide efficient equipment removal and replacement, and ensure quality standards are met every step of the way. You handle water heater installations, coordinate recycling of outdated systems during slower seasons, support construction-style projects, and help prepare inventory and processes for peak demand.
