Lead HRP Configuration Consultant
Healthcare experience is mandatory
with strong understanding of healthcare business processes.
Extensive
hands-on HRP configuration
experience.
Lead
HRP configuration, implementation, and enhancement
activities.
Translate
business requirements into HRP configurations, workflows, and solutions
.
Collaborate with
business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs
.
Handle
troubleshooting, testing, UAT, validation, and production deployments
.
Provide
technical leadership and guidance
to team members.
Maintain documentation for
configurations, business rules, workflows, and system changes
.
Ensure solutions meet
security, standards, and healthcare best practices
.
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
