Position Highlights

• Lead Histotechnologist position
• Provide day-to-day supervision of laboratory operations
• Oversee specimen preparation, cutting, staining, and special testing
• Coordinate workflow to maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround-time goals
• Monitor specimen handling and identification
• Work closely with pathologists regarding slide and stain quality
• Identify instrument or procedural issues and implement corrective actions
• Help coordinate workload and laboratory coverage

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of laboratory and supervisory experience
• Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
• Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license
• Strong histology laboratory experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to oversee workflow, quality, and laboratory operations
• ASCP certification preferred
