JobSummary:
The Electrical Lead Hand is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising shop floor employees to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality and safety standards. This position ensures tasks are performed in sequence according to the production schedule while providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support. Key Responsibilities:
Lead,organize,andsuperviseshopflooremployees,ensuringallemployeesremain productive.
Followtheproductionscheduleand executetasksinthedefinedsequenceasoutlined by supervisors.
Ensurethatthelatestelectricalschematicsandwiringdiagramsareusedforassembly and confirm that all shop floor employees are following the same documents.
AdheretoAVLqualitystandardsandcustomerrequirementsthroughouttheelectrical assembly process.
Maintaincleanandorganizedworkstationsforallemployees.
Verifyshopfloorattendanceonadailybasisandreportanydiscrepancies.
Providedailyprogressupdatestothesupervisor.
Identifyandrecommendpersonnelactionssuchashiring,termination,andpromotions, while identifying employee talents.
Providetechnicalexpertiseonthefloor,assistingwithtroubleshootingelectrical assembly issues when necessary.
Seekclarificationfromsupervisorsorelectricalengineerswhenuncertaininsteadof making assumptions.
Conducthands-onelectricalassemblyworkwhenrequiredtomeetproduction deadlines.
PromoteandmaintainasafeworkenvironmentincompliancewithOSHAregulations.

Additional Requirements:
Must hold a valid Journeyman ElectricianLicenseissuedbythe State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors.
Minimum5years of experienceinanindustrialorcommercialenvironment.
