Role: Lead Gutter Installer

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is expanding into Northern Illinois, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Gutter Installer to help build our team from the ground up. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, help lead a crew, and grow into a larger leadership role as our business expands.
We're a locally owned business backed by an established national franchise with proven systems, training, and support.
What We Offer

What You'll Do
- Lead residential and commercial gutter installation projects
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and related products
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Help train and mentor additional installers as our team grows
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional gutter installation experience (required)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a crew and communicate professionally with customers
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Dependable, positive attitude and a desire to grow
