IN-STORE HVAC LEAD GENERATOR
Pay: $20.00 per hour + Uncapped Commissions

Locations: Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City
Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is hiring energetic and outgoing individuals to represent our HVAC department inside Home Depot and other retail partner locations.

Compensation
- $20.00 per hour base pay
- Uncapped commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate homeowners about heating and cooling services and promotions
- Generate qualified HVAC leads for in-home consultations
- Gather accurate customer information
- Meet lead generation goals
- Represent Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers throughout the day
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Experience working inside Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, or similar retail environments is a plus but not required
