We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator / Appointment Coordinator with experience in high-volume outbound calling environments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day, and skilled at connecting with decision-makers to schedule quality appointments for our sales team.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of outbound calling and CRM experience or possess strong customer service experience with exceptional phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
You must be comfortable initiating conversations, navigating gatekeepers, securing appointments with decision-makers, and maintaining accurate CRM records and data entry.
