 We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator / Appointment Coordinator with experience in high-volume outbound calling environments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day, and skilled at connecting with decision-makers to schedule quality appointments for our sales team.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of outbound calling and CRM experience or possess strong customer service experience with exceptional phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

You must be comfortable initiating conversations, navigating gatekeepers, securing appointments with decision-makers, and maintaining accurate CRM records and data entry.

Schedule and Pay

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: In-office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Remote
  • Friday: Off
  • 32-hour work week
  • $26.00 per hour
  • Full benefit package

 

What you’ll do:

  • Make 80+ outbound / prospecting calls daily to businesses within your assigned territory.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and identify the appropriate decision-makers.
  • Engage business owners, executives, and office managers in meaningful conversations.
  • Generate interest in the Coverall® Program and secure qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Research local businesses and develop targeted prospect lists.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed appointment-setting and activity goals.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Research and Contact businesses that would benefit from the Coverall® Program
  • Outbound Calling - (no auto dialer)
  • Quality Appointment Setting
  • Coordinate sales appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives
  • Ability to create and maintain professional rapport with potential clients
  • Data entry through CRM database
  • Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
