Part‐Time Lead Generator (Flooring & Tile Company)

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

EC Luxury Floors & Tile LLC is seeking a motivated and personable Part‐Time Lead Generator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands the value of great customer service, and can confidently guide potential clients toward scheduling in‐home estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Communicate clearly about our services and answer basic questions
• Generate qualified leads and sell appointment times for estimates
• Record customer information accurately
• Represent our company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
• Positive attitude and confidence when presenting appointment options
• Prior sales or customer‐facing experience is a plus

• Part‐time: Thursday–Sunday
• Hours: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
