Mandatory Domain Experience:
People Tech Domain (HR & Organization Planning) Mandatory Skills: Full stack MERN Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of programming experience in a relevant language.
- Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with managing enterprise scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support.
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment.
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
- Experience as a team lead and/or technical Clienthitect with a large scope across one or multiple domains.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain functional domain.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
