- THE ROLE
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and modernize enterprise-scale applications supporting digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive the development of cloud-native solutions while guiding engineering teams through complex application delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across .NET Core, Angular, AWS, and API development, along with experience leveraging AI technologies to improve customer experiences, engineering productivity, and business processes. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support strategic business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications utilizing .NET Core, Angular, AWS, and modern API architectures
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and production support
- Architect and develop scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions that support high-volume business operations
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and solution architects to define technical roadmaps and application strategies
- Lead code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
- Design and implement front-end solutions using Angular, TypeScript, and modern UI development frameworks
- Develop secure and scalable backend services using .NET Core, C#, and distributed architecture patterns
- Leverage AWS services to design resilient, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions
- Drive API strategy, integration design, and service-based architecture initiatives across enterprise platforms
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered capabilities, including generative AI integrations, intelligent automation, and developer productivity tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment standards
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, security, and reliability challenges across applications and platforms
WHAT YOU BRING
Must Haves- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years serving as a technical lead or lead developer
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#
- Experience building modern front-end applications with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development
- Experience working with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and application architecture
- Experience with SQL and relational database technologies
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
Good to Have- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-assisted development tools, or AI-powered application features
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployment practices
- Experience within financial services, fintech, wealth management, banking, or payments organizations
- Experience leading application modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- AWS certifications or other cloud-related technical certifications
