    Description

    Work Schedule:

    100% FTE, Days. Hours are Monday through Friday working morning shifts. Weekends and holidays may be required. May need to work some closing shifts ending at 4:30 pm. You will work at the University Hospital.

    Work as a talented culinary expert to compose and prepare meals from scratch. You will be responsible for hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen. Enjoy this fast-paced, team environment while being able to quickly problem-solve and make decisions.

    We are seeking a Lead Food Production Cook to:

    • Oversee daily grill production.
    • Ensure high-quality food preparation while maintaining safety, efficiency, company standards
    • Support kitchen operations

    Qualifications

    • No minimum education Required
    • High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred
    • Associate''s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition Preferred

    Work Experience

    • 3 years food service, hospitality, or customer service experience Required
    • 6 months leadership experience Preferred

    Licenses & Certifications

    • SERV Safe Certification required within three (3) months of obtaining position Required
