    Description

Lead FinTech & AI Systems Architect

    Palo-Alto, CA - On-Site/Hybrid

    Full-Time

We are an early-stage AI and FinTech company building next-generation infrastructure that connects AI agents with trading platforms, CRM data, risk systems, and broker-dealer workflows. The team is small, well-funded, and looking for a senior technical leader to help design and build the core platform from the ground up.

This is not a research role and it's not a traditional software engineering position. You'll be responsible for architecting production-grade AI systems that interact with real-world financial infrastructure while remaining hands-on with implementation.

    What you'll be working on:

    • Designing and deploying agentic AI and multi-agent workflows
    • Integrating LLMs with external tools, APIs, and production systems
    • Building RAG pipelines and data architectures across CRM, KYC, risk, and client data sources
    • Leveraging MCP and tool-calling frameworks to connect AI agents with trading infrastructure
    • Defining the platform architecture and technical roadmap alongside leadership
    • Driving client-facing implementations and complex system integrations

    We're interested in candidates with:

    • Strong Python engineering and architecture experience
    • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
    • Hands-on experience building production AI systems rather than experimentation-only projects
    • Deep systems design and integration experience
    • The ability to operate in a startup environment and own projects end-to-end
    • Exposure to fintech, trading, brokerage, market infrastructure, or other complex transactional systems is a plus, but not required

    Why it's interesting:

    • Greenfield opportunity with significant ownership
    • Direct impact on product and architecture decisions
    • Small, highly technical team
    • Competitive compensation, bonus, and meaningful equity/profit-sharing upside
    • Visa sponsorship available
    • Palo Alto-based, in-office

If you've built agentic AI systems and enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems at scale, apply now!
