Description

Job Responsibilities

Lead field teams performing fiber optic installation and testing.
Troubleshoot complex fiber optic network issues and perform fault isolation.
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Oversee QA/QC, safety procedures, and installation quality.
Coordinate field activities and communicate with customers and project teams.
Train and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

4+ years of documented fiber optic industry experience.
Proven experience with large-scale fiber testing and complex troubleshooting.
Field leadership experience in live data centers or mission-critical environments.
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, network topology, and fiber testing.
Relevant certifications, high school diploma/GED, and valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to travel and work overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-hours.
