The Lead Facilities Worker keeps the casino clean, safe, and guest-ready while guiding new team members and strengthening the skills of current staff. This role trains new hires, supports staffing and scheduling recommendations, follows supervisor instructions, and maintains all interior and exterior areas to uphold a professional and sanitary environment. The Lead Facilities Worker delivers consistent guest service, promotes positive employee relations through professional conduct, and performs any additional duties that support smooth operations and established procedures.
Starts at $20.90/hr and increases to $21.50/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
