As a Facilities & Maintenance Lead, you will create and assign work orders, monitor productivity and efficiency of the team, and assist the Maintenance Manager.
What You Will Do
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance in an applicable work area.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, instructions, blueprints and drawings.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience using tools, gauges and instruments necessary for the accomplishment of job duties.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience working with hazardous material handling and disposal.
Must possess leadership qualities to include demonstrated ability to cooperate and work well with others.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Highly proficient with in depth knowledge of products, processes and technical functions related to facilities maintenance.
Ability to guide and train other levels of technicians.
Expertise with technical documents and manuals including, but not limited to company instructions, company processes, and OEM manuals.
Highly proficient with in depth knowledge of products, processes and technical functions related to facilities maintenance.
Must have ability to perform high quality of work in a reasonable length of time, lead and direct the work of others.
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Must have demonstrated ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including, excel, word, outlook and power point.
