Lead Facilitator/Program Coordinator III   Requisition ID: 2026-10363 # of Openings: 1 Location: US-UT-Logan Category: Program Management and Support Position Type: Benefited Full-Time Job Classification: Exempt College: College of Arts and Sciences Department: School of Social Sciences Advertised Salary: Commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits   Overview The Environmental Dispute Resolution (EDR) Program fosters a culture of collaboration around environmental, natural resource, and broader public policy issues by helping people be more skillful in working through conflict. The Program is based in the School of Social Sciences and Heravi Peace Institute, and it focuses on building capacity for collaboration through training, thought leadership, and collaboration assistance and advising.   The Program Coordinator III will serve as the lead facilitator for the EDR Program's initiatives, teach university courses that advance the EDR Program's mission, and develop and oversee the EDR Program's student and alumni engagement efforts.   The Program Coordinator III will report to the Director of the EDR Program. This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah.   Responsibilities   * Designs, coordinates, and implements student- and alumni-engagement efforts for the EDR Program. * Serves as a principal liaison between students, faculty, staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies to develop and implement projects and initiatives. * Designs and facilitates workshops, seminars, practice sessions, meetings, and special projects. * Teaches and/or leads seminars, classes, and/or workshops in alignment with EDR Program priorities. May teach up to 6 credit hours per year of for-credit undergraduate courses. * Coordinates activities of support staff, consultants, faculty, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of projects and initiatives. * Monitors and administers project revenues and expenses; may develop or participate in the development of funding proposals for projects. * Contributes to development of promotional materials, educational materials, newsletters, and/or brochures, as appropriate. * Collects and analyzes situation assessment data; prepares reports; maintains records and data. * Ensures completion of clerical and administrative support tasks, including creating, and editing program correspondence, reports, and other publications. * Assists with writing grants and proposals as appropriate; may participate in other fundraising activities. * Conducts specialized activities, including collaboration assistance and advising projects in direct support of EDR Program objectives.
