Sparkle Squad of Southeast Charlotte is growing and looking for an experienced, dependable leader to help us deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial customers throughout the Charlotte area.
We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better window cleaning company, operating under our core principle of PHD: Perfect Windows, Happy Technicians, Delighted Customers.

We are seeking candidates who:
• Have experience leading or mentoring others in a service, construction, maintenance, landscaping, or similar field
• Enjoy working outdoors and leading by example
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Are self-disciplined, motivated, and dependable
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Are natural problem solvers who can work independently
• Are comfortable making decisions in the field
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet eligibility requirements to drive company vehicles under our commercial auto insurance policy
• Will submit to a background check and MVR check
What You Will Do
• Lead a crew performing window cleaning, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and seasonal holiday lighting services
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Ensure work is completed safely and to company quality standards
• Communicate with customers on-site and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and jobsite organization
• Identify opportunities for additional services and earn commission on sales generated
• Assist with scheduling efficiency and daily crew productivity
• Help build and strengthen a positive team culture
What You Will Get
• Training pay of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Transition to our performance-based compensation program after training
• Lead Technicians typically earn the equivalent of $25+ per hour through performance-based compensation

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time position. Hours will vary based on workload, weather conditions, and seasonality. As Sparkle Squad continues to grow, we expect increasingly consistent full-time hours and leadership opportunities.
