We are looking for a full-time Lead Estimator to join our team of solar construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar construction, renewable construction, and power generation.
The primary responsibility of the Estimator will be to prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids for solar projects. This will involve gathering and analyzing project requirements, developing cost estimates, and preparing bid packages. The Estimator will also work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and 5-15 years of experience in solar construction or a related field. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various construction estimating software.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
