Review multifamily project drawings, specifications, and construction documents to develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates. Assess labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive budgets and bids for multifamily developments. Partner with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements, schedules, and financial objectives. Utilize historical project data, market conditions, and industry trends to improve estimating accuracy and support effective preconstruction planning. Prepare and present budgets, estimates, and pricing proposals to company leadership and stakeholders for review, approval, and negotiation.

Extensive experience preparing hard bid estimates for multifamily construction projects, including ground-up developments and large-scale residential communities. Strong analytical abilities to review plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules to develop accurate project pricing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside owners, developers, architects, subcontractors, and project teams. Proficient in construction estimating software and industry tools used for budgeting, takeoffs, and bid preparation. Proven track record of delivering precise, competitive estimates that support project goals and contribute to successful project awards. Open to occasional travel in Texas.
